Chemistry, Stucture, and Dynamics of Molecules and Materials
A forum for exploring frontiers of research in the areas of Inorganic and Physical Chemistry
About the Conference
The department of Inorganic and Physical Chemistry (IPC) at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, is privileged to organise the first conference on Chemistry, Structure and Dynamics of Molecules and Materials (CSDMM). This conference endeavours to bring together researchers exploring and unravelling the delightful complexities of molecular and materials structure, their dynamical behaviour and their applications in the modern world. We aim to provide a platform for high-level academic discourse across disciplines, fostering scientific exploration, innovation and collaborations.
About IISc, Bangalore and the IPC department:
The Indian Institute of Science was established in 1909, bringing to life the vision of J. N. Tata a world class university for scientific research and higher education in India. The IPC department was established as one of the first two departments of IISc (then called the department of General and Applied Chemistry). The research in the department spans fields like spectroscopy, polymers, electrochemistry, theoretical chemistry, inorganic chemistry and chemical biology.
